This project is a new build four story high-end apartment development on Lordship Lane, and was recently granted planning for a sensitive site. It provides for 3 x one-bedroom and 1 x two-bedroom apartments, which will allow us to utilise the available space from the previous three garage structures that were on the site.

The overall form of the scheme was dictated by the geometries of the neighbouring buildings, gardens and streetscape. The window rhythm and proportions have been designed to match the the neighbouring properties and the rear of the building has been stepped back in as a closet wing. Recessed windows, woven brickwork and stone cornicing reference the neighbouring property.
