AndArchitects worked with a large number of clients and stakeholders to deliver this community facility. Creasey Park provides playing fields, an ATP, BMX track, football pitch and pavilion with changing rooms and community space. These are all shared between Brewers Hill Middle School, two football clubs, a running club, a BMX club, the local town council and the local community. The client was Central Bedfordshire District Council and the facility is run by Dunstable Town Council. This allowed for a sustainable solution, providing one shared facility in place of multiple building projects. The key to this project was the development of a clear brief through thorough stakeholder meetings.
